Experienced Internet Project Managers
Revolution180.com is looking for that person who already knows everything about the Web and is now interested in working with clients and leading teams to accomplish the client's goals. You must have superb client management skills, amazing people skills, proven leadership capabilities, and a keen ability to estimate how long individual tasks will take to implement.
You will perform specific project management duties such as creating schedules, controlling scope and costs, and tracking and communicating project status. Other responsibilities include:
• Writing and creating cost estimates for proposals
• Setting and maintaining internal and external expectations
• Managing vendors
• Providing sales support to bring in new clients
Revolution180.com is a full service interactive agency providing services in every aspect of the Web. Our project manager will play a key role in handling the day-to-day needs of our clients. The environment is extremely fast paced and you must be self-motivated to succeed. Organizational, multitasking and team collaboration skills are absolutely critical.

Web Designers/Developers
Develop, support and maintain web-based applications to increase existing web publishing capabilities and technologies. Three or more years' experience building and maintaining database-driven dynamic web sites. Experience with Microsoft and/or UNIX applications a must which would include a combination of JavaScript, PHP, PERL, XML, ASP, .NET, Access, SQL, and/or MySQL.
• Ability to design for the web
• Ability to hand-code HTML
• Ability to design and code with CSS
• Intermediate skills both designing and developing in Flash with ActionScripting.
• Ability to design for cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility
• Ability to focus on aesthetics as much as user-interface, information architecture, and usability
• Ability to design with an understanding of the business and sense of commercial and competitive considerations
• Basic understanding of Search Engine design requirements for effective indexing.
• Ability to work under pressure, allocate time efficiently, take direction, and give feedback in a constructive manner
• Other skills considered a plus:
Familiarity with designing for and within a database or content management system
Experience working in an online publishing environment
Creative energy to produce consistently superior design ideas
